5. Buyer & Seller Transactions

• ApeMart.lk is a marketplace platform for publishing advertisements and helping users contact each other. ApeMart.lk is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking the item, ownership, condition, price and other information before completing a transaction.
• Payments, delivery, collection, exchanges, refunds and other transaction arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
• ApeMart.lk does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, availability, ownership or accuracy of an item listed by a user.

6. Account Suspension & Platform Rights

• ApeMart.lk may review, reject, remove or restrict advertisements that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable rules.
• ApeMart.lk may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.

7. Changes to Terms
